DELTABEAM® utilized in a mixed-use affordable housing project in South Miami.
DELTABEAM® was utilized in the construction of the Madison Square West project in South Miami, Florida. This mixed-use project consists of multifamily affordable housing, with a Dollar General store located on the first floor. The developer of the project is Daniel Abreu, while Fanjul Associates served as the architect. The hollow-core supplier for the project was Structural Prestressed Industries, Inc., while the structural engineer was PMM Consulting Engineers.
